Who we are

International eProcurement LLC is a family business. We opened in 2002 with one line of work, HUD-compliant eProcurement for public housing agencies, and we have stayed in it ever since.

Plenty of software companies treat housing agencies as one vertical among several. We never added a second one. Every release we ship, every support call we take, and every HUD rule change we track exists because a PHA procurement office needed it. That focus is the whole company.

Housing Agency Marketplace is what the focus produced. More than 200 public housing agencies use it nationwide, and over 36,000 registered vendors watch it for bid opportunities. It handles HUD-aligned RFP, IFB, and bid workflow, MWBE tracking, electronic bid submission, and audit-ready reporting.

Why email from this address

Messages from this domain go to procurement officers and staff at public housing authorities. They introduce Housing Agency Marketplace and the HUD-compliant eProcurement it provides: posting a solicitation, receiving sealed electronic bids, and keeping a record that holds up in an audit.

That is the only reason we write. No newsletters. No unrelated promotions, and no third-party advertising, because we do not sell or rent this list to anyone. Every message ties back to housingagencymarketplace.com and names the company that sent it.

Stop receiving emails

Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click finishes it. There is no login, no form to complete, and no reply needed.

Your address then goes onto a suppression list shared across every Housing Agency Marketplace outreach domain, so nothing further arrives from any of them. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently.

If your agency would rather put the request in writing, reply to any message and ask to be removed. That works too.
